Deepti primarily practices from a Client-Centered (PC) perspective, adopting a non-judgmental, curious, and compassionate approach. She believes in empowering her clients by supporting them in leading the therapeutic journey and nurturing the growth of their confidence. She uses various tools and techniques tailored to client’s unique needs and preferences. With flexibility in her therapeutic work, she takes an eclectic approach to support her clients and thus borrows techniques from numerous other approaches. At the same time, she is always actively noticing any signs of trauma and has an open approach, if the client is ready to explore with her.
Deepti’s passion for working therapeutically with children inspires her focus on play therapy. She is skilled in various play therapy techniques, creating a supportive and effective environment for young clients. With children’s safety as her top priority, she values seeking guidance from some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the field for any necessary supervision.
